Competing ideals and moral philosophies bombard us from every direction on a daily basis and sometimes make it hard to get a clear sense of what is right, and what is wrong. How do we discern Justice and Goodness in this day and age?
The Social Teachings of the Catholic Church are built upon Holy Scripture and developed through the accumulated wisdom and example of the Saints, teachers, and spiritual leaders of the Church. It lays out some basic themes and principles that help develop our consciences and learn to better live together within society and among our sisters and brothers in Christ.
